Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is place you cannot change it, but you can cancel the order and place a new one within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel your order, visit the order status page (can be accessed through the order confirmation mail or by going into the My Account section) and click on Cancel. The refund would be processed with 5-7 business days to the same account you used to make the payment.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to fit all body types. Our sizing typically ranges from XS to XXL, but it may vary depending on the item. Be sure to check our Size Guide for detailed measurements to find your perfect fit.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Write us an email on mail@mashevor.com to initiate the return of a damaged product. Make sure you do this within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not exchange products, but please do reach out to us if you need any help.
Note: We do not take account of damages made by our delivery partners.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking dashboard. Also, we will notify you through email every time your order status gets updated.
How long does shipping take?
We print and pack your orders within 2 to 4 business days at regular times. Additionally, our shipping partners take 2 to 5 days to deliver the orders based on the your location. Therefore, you would receive your order within 5 to 9 days.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is place you cannot change it, you can cancel the order and place a new one. However, if the order has entered the Processing stage, we cannot cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are partnered with Razorpay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Paytm, NetBanking, Amazon Pay etc.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. However, discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
How do I use a promo code?
To use a promo code, enter it at checkout in the “Discount Code” box and click “Apply.” The discount will be automatically applied to your order total if the code is valid.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mail@mashevor.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Do you offer plus-size or petite options?
Yes, we strive to be as inclusive as possible and offer both plus-size and petite options in many of our collections. Please check our Size Guide for specific measurements.
